We know your pooch might be very anxious for his latest toy! Each
month a UPS tracking number will be assigned at the time of shipping.
We will provide you with this number and you can follow the package from
it’s departure location – San Francisco, directly to your
door.

Is it safe to use my credit card?
YES, ordering on the Toys4Tails website is safe and secure! We use GOOGLE Checkout – one of the most recognized security technologies to keep your information safe. Your entire transaction will take place on a highly secure Google server. We guarantee that each purchase you make is protected and safe. If fraudulent charges are ever made, you will not have to pay for them.

Toys4Tails will not sell, trade or rent your personal information including your address, e-mail, or accounting information to any other entity, no matter how much they beg or bark! We will not contact you, about issues other than an order placed, without your permission. We believe in privacy and we respect yours. What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Discover. If
you want to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase

How are my toys shipped? When will they arrive?
While we wish we could hand deliver all of our toys to watch your pooches expressions when they arrive, sadly Ernie is getting too old for all of that travel. We ship our products by UPS ground service. The average delivery time is 5-7days. We ship your toys at the same time each month. So, if you signed up during the second week of the month that will be your ship week each month for the duration of your subscription. If you would like to alter the ship week, just shoot us an email at orders@toys4tails.com and we will make that change for you.
We currently offer subscriptions for shipment within the 50 United States
We ALWAYS charge actual shipping costs and NO handling fees.
We ship Monday-Friday, on the weekends we can usually be found at the dog beach – WOOF!
What if I want to cancel or modify my subscription?
While we hope we are never in your dog house, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription email us at orders@toys4tails.com OR call us at 877-TAILWAG (877-824-5924). We only ask that you let us know the reason for your change of heart so we can make sure to always be improving upon our services.

If your order arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at order@toys4tails.com and we'll make it right! We can either replace the damaged toy, or send a different item of your choosing.
